The Solution

  1. Introduction of 2 FlexiBowl® model 500. Capable of handling parts ranging from small to medium size.
  2. Robot cell equipped with two Fanuc Scara SR-6iA robots. The robots sit in a small footprint and offer speed and precision within a 360° envelope.
  3. Schunk Gripper changeover is incorporated into the system to facilitate automatic changeover for a wide variety of part types and geometries.

  2. High Throughput: Achieves 80-90 picks per minute.
